Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund. We have a 30-day return policy window. This means you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ship back any returns you want to make. Product(s) must be unopened. Clearance items are final sale.

As we are a small business, the customer is responsible for return postage. Returns sent back to us from the USA are responsible for paying for duty. If duties are not paid, they will be reduced from your refund. Do not send back any items that do not meet these criteria as you will not be refunded.

 

To start a return, mail your package back to us with your order number included in the package. Our mailing address is:

We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please keep your tracking number.  You can always contact us with any questions at info@pristine.ca.

 

Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product.

 

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once the return is processed. Refunds take 2-4 business days after we receive your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellations/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@pristine.ca immediately. We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations can be made if your order has already been shipped.
